This hotel was ideally located for the Sundance Film Festival. When since the festival is moving to Boulder starting in 2027, not sure that’s as much value going forward. Room was fine. Breakfast was very basic but well prepared. There was no same day laundry service on Saturday even though the laundry slip in the room said there was. Missed housekeeping one day. Also had to wait until this morning to find out that I could only get a one hour extension on my checkout time. Staff was friendly, but didn’t really have their act together.

We all have a pleasant stay during Christmas week. All the staffs were nice. My kids love the free cookies every night!
