    False fire alarm kept going off doing our stay. Most the people who stayed in our building had tournaments the next day, which was very annoying with the false alarm kept going off at night.

    We booked this hotel because it is walking distance (next door) to the convention center. Unfortunately, our room had a fowl odor for almost the full duration of our stay, which lingered even after staff came in to spray some deodorizer. I would assume that this is a common issue for the location since they did not offer us an alternative room. Additionally, they charged my credit card around $100 on our check-out date without notifying us why. We did not order any additional services other than our daily rate and we checked out on time (even called the front desk around that time). I will call them and see if I can resolve it, but the unexpected fee baffles me.
