    Great customer service from boarding at the ferry (free if you're staying at the resort). You're handed your check in details with room number and board. Luggage is handled well by the staff and taken care of from the dock to your room. On arrival, collect room keys and all set to go. My room was a beachfront view as the over the water bungalows were sold out, mind you, I booked this two days out as I was at the Hilton Residence and decided to book it for a couple of days. I read some reviews that advised to buy food and snacks to take and I brought my supplies from the Casino Supermarket ($50 worth that lasted the two days). They have filter water everywhere on the resort which was handy and breakfast was good. I didn't try but dinner buffet as I also read reviews that it wasn't worth it but I did order on my last night at the restaurant and it was wonderfully cooked. Worth the money paid and very memorable stay.

    The island is not very far from the main island. Loved the place except for food selection. Would love to visit again if there is opportunity

    It’s a beautiful place and the staff are amazing and very friendly and helpful but sadly the food isn’t good and that’s not their fault really as they are not being supported by upper management and theirs a lack of qualifications in the kitchen the head chef is a amazing person and works hard but isn’t given the support they need. I’d definitely go back the eco strategy of the resort is outstanding and the warmth and friendly staff made up for the food and at times disorganisation

    It is a beautiful island (specially in the morning) - you need to book over water bungalow DELUXE if you want it facing sun (and not the island). This needs to be addressed! The "classic" one is facing the garden and there's 3 of those, the rest is "deluxe" - during the night, door between the lounge and bedroom was slamming and couldn't sleep well, so leave it open - the shower for the body, water was all over the toilet.. They need to place something to block water coming out! - limited choice for food, and frankly not that great - limited choice for activities
