    Perhaps the best part of this hotel were the super friendly staff, especially the front desk staff! They were so very accommodating! Given that the hotel is located in the heart of Jamestown, it was perfect to walk to all places. Free parking was an added bonus. For a small WNY city this hotel had all the ammenities that a big city would provide, including a decent size fitness center, indoor pool and even one bedroom suites for the added space. It appears to have been renovated in the last five years. In short, this hotel has “can’t miss” stamped on it! Also, the extra special touch were the Double Tree famous chocolate chip cookies!

    Our family has stayed at the this hotel a number of times. It is always very clean, easy parking and a wonderful breakfast in the morning. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Will definitely return.
