The hotel could use some renovations. The bed was comfy. Restroom was ok. Housekeeping did not do a great job as there was a lot of hair on the shower tiles, sink faucet and even on the shower floor. There was soap scum next to the faucet and watermarks on the mirror. Overall good deal for the price but definitely not a 4 star hotel.

So I was charged for incidental fee of $50 it does not sleep that on Agoda it does not take that on the Doubletree hotel's website and and they would not wave it regardless of what I showed them. The front desk clerk was a b**** when I tried to explain the situation and Hilton bounced me from one person to another person and when I wanted to go above the front desk clerk they sent me right back to the front desk clerk this is not a good hotel to go to unless you have bucket loads of money.
