    We booked last minute after finding the original hotel we booked in the area at an unacceptable level of cleanliness and security. Was a total relief upon arrival, plus free cookies. Staff was very nice and helpful. Great location for the event we were attending in Arvada.

    Had a reservation in a king suite on the executive floor. They decided to give my room away to a vip member, and admitted it to me at the front desk. Had to go into a lesser suite, which is not what I had payed for or reserved. Don't bother reserving a room here, they might give it away to someone else and you'll have no idea until you go to check in.
