    Great room, the staff were very helpful. The pool is lovely kind but the entrance is of odd with a mandatory shower you need to pass through but no real changing space. To get around it staff leave an unbrella next to it. Also its a plastic bottle free rooms and pool so if you need water you have to bring a glass container from your room but that obviously can be dangerous. Mine broke and a lot of staff ahowed up cleaning the glass. Felt embarassed but the staff were all so kind about it. Otherwise wonderful place super close to the stadium.

    I requested for an outlet adaptor and was informed by Front Desk they do no longer provide this to guests. They should indicate this on the general information so that travellers can bring their own. I was bitten by bed bugs in the room's sofa but the Manager did not believe me even after I showed him several bites/cluster on my lower leg. I have stayed here 5 or 6 times in the past 2 years and I wanted to share a constructive report so they can disinfect the sofa. Breakfast has improved in terms of variety and there is a bigger space for guests.
