The host was excellent and flexible. However, Bathroom was located outside which was a bit inconvenient and the place is located far from the city. However, it’s a short drive to the Trastervere station. WiFi was poor.

Had many issues during my one night stay from water leaking from the toilet to dirty duvet...I think these basic things need to be at a decent level and right now, they unfortunately aren't and the host needs to assure guests have basic things like clean sheets and covered duvets... If he can fix these things, the place will be decent for short stays.
