7.6 / 10Good·Jul 2026
I stayed for 2 nights as a solo traveler. The bed was comfortable and the Bathroom was clean. Open 24/7.
Situated near 2 Bus Stations at walking distance and Heimstetten Hbf for about 10mins. There’s an Apotheke, Bakery and some shopping stores near it. Also, a supermarket is just across the street. It is also near Heimstettner See (where I walked for 25mins) and Therme Erding about an hour from Heimstetten Hbf. The only downside was that my room has a window that has no Knob/Lock which was open. And there was a Scaffolding at my room side because of construction. Luckily it was Weekends so not so loud or safe at least. Also, because of construction and the “open”window, room was Dusty. But i like it at least.

perfect for a quick stay

Located at city outskirt but easily reached by S2 . Can't complain too much for its reasonable price during Oktoberfest
6.8 / 10Average·Sep 2026
Location is not the best. We found a used towel under the sink and the corners have cobwebs. Other than that I'd say it's acceptable especially if you didn't have many options like we did, due to last minute business travel during Oktoberfest
