    Very good staffs & good rooms. Only drawback was no parking, you need to park on the road.

    The location is bang on and the staff responded to all our issues at 1st and it was very smooth stay. I highly recommend this.

    Very high std of service. 1st I & my son was not well. He asked me to call during night in case of emergency. This is rare in Goa. Next day started early morning 7am (again in Goa) breakfast was not ready. He suggested to serve bread omlet which was so nice of the team. Rooms were Nice's, clean and upto the mark. 2nd day warm water was a problem but it's ok. Sw pool & car parking was a poor show. Rest everything was superb.

    Rooms with cockroach, no DTH service, poor Wi-Fi, no hot water, gave heating coil for heating water for bath... Very poor response to every request
