    Over all is a big NOPE. Let’s start with the check in process, it was so messed up, no order, no procedure, tortured (for a single person with full packs on both of your hands and a lot of waiting and moving place to place to finished the god damn check in); super random out of nowhere when I arrived the address they put on the profile (at 12 at noon) and the woman on the phone asked me to go to another location or else I will not have a room to stay that night (that why I put that line on the title of this review). Can you imagine they take the booking without reassurance about availability? I booked the room because it’s near the event venue I need to go that day, then they put me in the situation I have to move to a different location and can not cancel on the app at all. I really angry of how they treat me and handling the problems, the rest of the stay, bad feelings stay with me too. The facilities was like pieces “falling” down (front door, closet, sink, faucet), except the fridge, it is the only still working well; especially, the way they prepare bedding make you feel weird. For the price I didn’t expect too much like a 5 star hotel or whatever BUT this is so under the average standard in the center of the city.
