Disney's Hollywood Hotel

We had a great stay their were so many activities for kids, only issue was food, there wasn’t a bunch of options so if you want you can go to citygate to purchase food then bring it back. They don’t have room service also so food options are limited.

Good Clean Safe Accessible

We had such a wonderful stay at Disneyland Hollywood Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. The location was perfect, the facilities were great, and overall, everything went really well. We did have a bit of a stressful experience during check-in because the hotel couldn’t initially find our booking confirmation from Agoda. It seemed there was a coordination issue between Agoda and the hotel. Thankfully, the hotel staff were very patient and helpful. They assisted us in getting in touch with an Agoda agent, who was also very apologetic and eventually sorted everything out for us. What really stood out to us was how the hotel handled the situation. They were so understanding and accommodating that they allowed us to check in as early as 10:30 AM. They even gave us some complimentary treats, which was such a thoughtful gesture and really helped ease the stress of the whole situation. Despite the booking issue, our overall experience at Disneyland Hollywood Hotel was amazing. The staff truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Their kindness and excellent service made a stressful moment much easier to deal with. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again! Highly recommended, especially if you’re visiting Hong Kong Disneyland. ❤️

The hotel does not provide any toiletries except shampoo and body wash, there are no cafes or any reasonable restaurants, one is a bar and the only restaurant serves buffet and its expensive. Bring your own coffee, food, etc, also food delivery is not allowed.
