    Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing from the moment we arrived. Self-check-in process did not go smoothly. The owner provided us with a code to access the room, but when we arrived, the previous guests were still inside sleeping and had not checked out. This caused an unnecessary inconvenience upon arrival. The building itself was not particularly clean. The room was acceptable for a one-night stay, but it did not fully match the pictures provided on the website, which was disappointing. The facilities were also limited. The bathroom was very small, and although a kettle was provided, there was no coffee, tea, or drinking water available. The curtains were hanging loose at the sides and could use some maintenance. The location offers convenient access to trains and buses, but the surrounding area did not feel particularly safe or comfortable. Considering the price, the accommodation did not offer good value for money. The room, facilities, and overall experience did not meet our expectations for the amount paid. Overall, the property could benefit from better check-in coordination, improved cleanliness in the common areas, more attention to room maintenance, and the provision of basic amenities. More accurate pictures on the booking website would also help guests have realistic expectations before making a reservation.
