    Upon arrival, we spoke to Asst. Manager Ann Benson at the front desk. I had a misconception about my booking, which Ms. Benson handled very well. Long story short, she provided us free breakfast even if the mistake was solely mine. When informed that I was the one who made the mistake, she was still gracious about the matter. Customer service at its best!

    Stayed for 2 nights at Denali bluff hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room that we had is located down a slope so we pushed down our luggage. I saw there was a staff who is driving luggages around in a small vehicle so i guess you can ask for help with your luggage. The beds were comfortable and amenities were working fine. They also provide shuttles to Denali visitor centre downtown area. Overall a comfortable stay!

    Hotel in ottima posizione per visita al parco Denali, costosissimo, almeno un cioccolatino in camera e la colazione, visto che si paga 250 euro a notte, potrebbero essere inclusi...ma questa è l'Alaska, si paga anche l'aria...letti un po' molli, doccia vecchiotta, ma calda e con buona pressione. Personale gentilissimo. Ristorante interno alla struttura ottimo, ma anche quello carissimo. Per una notte si può fare. Hanno anche lo shuttle gratis per il parco.
