Spent two nights there, and compare to Hilton which is a few mins from the location, it's new and modern, very comfortable to stay. We like the swimming pool, however they may consider to change the restaurant manager to someone who knows about service and smile....we have to stand there to watch a live football game and all the way through nobody care to ask esp. when we have a little girl.

I want to point that my experience might be due to some bad luck so I dont want to rate the hotel low. We had a banging sound coming from our room that seemed to be in the wall. We could not sleep so eventually we got moved to another room which was extremely inconvenient only to get to the room and find the heater not working so we got upgraded to a suite which was really nice.
Overall the hotel was new, the staff were great, and it was very good for the money.
Our room was on the 10th floor so if anyone hears that sound i'd recommend moving rooms rather than waiting.

I booked one night with hotels.com and 3 with Agoda. The hotel kept us in the same room when I told them I had 2 reservations. After the first night the room was not cleaned at all and we had no clean towels. My husband had to go to front desk to get some himself. Second day, same thing- room not cleaned. So again had to get towels ourselves. Third day before I left for the day I asked front desk to please give us fresh towels so when we return at night we can shower. He even said would you like your room cleaned. I said sure that would be really good. Upon return, there was only one bath towel but the room was finally cleaned. Like we paid for 3 hotel guests to stay in this room. Why did they only give us one bath towel??? So when it happens the first time, I’m gracious in thinking that somehow it’s just an error. But 3X for a stay of 4 days is completely inexcusable!! Not once did we get upset and acted rudely. We simply went to front desk to get towels. I could have been more angry as a paying hotel guest but that’s not who I am. Now I’m going to write this review to let other potential guests know so they would think twice about booking at the Delta. The only good thing about the hotel is that the rooms are fairly new and generally clean. But if you want the basics of getting room cleaned and fresh towels, forget it. I will never stay here again.
