Although it's near to the city center and main attractions, the district of the hotel location looks not so nice, closed doors along the streets, few restaurants etc

We needed a place to stay last minute for 12 hours. We had to change rooms twice upon arrival. First one electricity didn't work. Second was dirty. Hadn't been cleaned at all after checkout. Third had mold growing in the bathroom. Don't stay here. Not even for a few hours.
