    I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon checking in, I was shocked by the state of the room. The bed sheets were dirty, there was dust everywhere, slippers were scattered around the room, and the bath mat clearly hadn’t been cleaned. To make matters worse, the hand soap had been unwrapped, leaving only the outer packaging, which was very unprofessional. When I reported the issues to the front desk, I was extremely disappointed to receive no apology. Instead, the only solution they offered was to move me to a double room (with two single beds), even though I was there with my husband. I felt disrespected and frustrated by the lack of care and attention. Ultimately, I decided to check out just 10 minutes after checking in because I couldn’t accept the poor room quality and service.
