    Such a shame the potential is there but very very poor hygiene standards. Lack of training. Fittings falling off the walls. Kettle provided no cups ? No cushions for sunbeds. Breakfast very poor, and the seating area very dirty.

    The hotel is completely different from the pictures and descriptions on your platform and violates basic sanitary and safety standards. We checked in and immediately faced multiple serious problems: * There is no hot water at all. * There is visible mold in the bathroom/shower area. * The entrance door to the room is broken and cannot be locked properly, which is a major safety hazard. * The bed sheets are stained and dirty. * The hotel provided only one towel for two guests. When we asked the staff to change our room or fix the issues, they completely refused. The room is unhygienic, unsafe, and unusable. Somehow there is an error in app and I couldn’t attach the photos which is pretty annoying.

    According to the manager it’s Agoda’s fault that everything about this stay was so unacceptable. Agoda offer the opportunity to make requests on booking and although they can’t guarantee them they should at least pass them to the hotel. The manager claimed to know nothing of our needs. This hotel is not one building. It’s many scattered around a site. There is no elevator, every single move around the complex involves steps although there are ramps. The manager and maybe a few of the Turkish staff spoke small broken English but the majority of the staff were African and Asian. Agoda’s description of this hotel is not accurate.
