    Best place for stay in mahabaleshwar with very beautiful lake and mountain view from balcony. Staff is very helpful. Food is very tasty. Rooms are clean and neat. Overall nice experience...!!

    This is a completely new property that has only been open for a couple of months, so it still seems to be working through a number of operational issues. The biggest downside is the approach road. The last stretch leading to the hotel is muddy and feels more like an off-road trail than a proper road. If you're travelling in a low-ground-clearance vehicle or during the rainy season, reaching the property can be inconvenient. The hotel also does not have a lift. Since it's a two-storey property, guests staying on the upper floor should be prepared to carry their luggage up the stairs. This could be difficult for elderly guests, families with small children, or anyone with mobility concerns. Another issue is the power supply. During my stay, there was a power cut at night, and there didn't appear to be an effective backup system. It's worth keeping this in mind, especially if you're expecting uninterrupted electricity. The breakfast advertised as a buffet was quite disappointing. Instead of a proper buffet with a variety of choices, only a few dishes were available, with one of them being a South Indian item. If you're booking this hotel expecting an extensive breakfast spread, you may be disappointed. On the positive side, if you book one of their top-category rooms, you'll likely enjoy a spacious room with a beautiful view. The premium rooms are significantly larger and offer a much better overall experience, making them the highlight of the property. Overall, the hotel has potential because it's new, but it still needs improvements in accessibility, infrastructure, power backup, and breakfast service before it can provide a consistently comfortable stay.

    Property is good and it's a new property which needs more amenities. Food is not good. View is good, staff is good, room are good. There is no Wi-Fi currently and AC do not work if there is no power, however fans do work on backup power
