I paid in advance for a 4-night stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. First, the accommodation is located inside a building rather than being a standalone hotel. This was very different from what I expected based on the photos and information on Agoda, and I honestly felt that the actual property did not accurately reflect its online presentation. Second, there was a strong and unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. When I mentioned this to the staff, I was told that it was because the property is close to the sea and that there was nothing they could do about it. However, this was still very uncomfortable during my stay. Third, I was also concerned about the cleanliness of the bedding. The sheets and blanket did not feel clean, and I experienced itching all over my body the following morning. Fourth, the room was extremely noisy and poorly soundproofed. I could hear a lot of noise from outside and other rooms, which made it very difficult to sleep. The room was quite small, the view was not particularly nice, and some of the facilities and furniture felt old. Most importantly, I could not sleep properly for the first two nights because of the overall conditions. As a result, I decided to leave the hotel early and book another hotel instead. Interestingly, I had no problem sleeping and was much more comfortable at the other hotel. I had already paid for 4 nights, but I ended up leaving after only part of my stay. Unfortunately, I was not able to get a refund for the remaining 2 nights. I would strongly recommend that potential guests carefully read recent reviews and consider the actual conditions before booking. In my opinion, the property does not live up to the expectations created by its Agoda listing, and my overall experience was extremely disappointing.

The bed was really comfortable. The room was clean. It was near to the beach. Recommended👍🏻

When I booked this room, it was advertised as having an ocean view, which it technically did. However, the actual room was significantly different from what was presented in the photos. There was a large wall dividing the window, which substantially obstructed the view and did not provide the same experience shown in the advertised photos. I specifically paid a significant additional amount for an ocean-view room because this was for a special occasion and I wanted a beautiful view where I could take photos. Instead, I felt extremely disappointed and misled by the way the room was presented. I did not initially complain to the hotel staff, but when I spoke with them, they explained that the issue was apparently with the booking website. They told me that the website does not distinguish properly between a “full ocean view” and a “semi-ocean view.” According to them, the semi-ocean-view rooms have smaller or partially obstructed windows, while the full ocean-view rooms have larger, unobstructed windows. What I find particularly concerning is that the semi-ocean-view listing appears to use photos showing the full ocean-view room. This makes it very difficult for customers to understand what they are actually paying for and creates a misleading expectation. I paid extra specifically for the ocean view advertised, and I believe customers should be able to trust that the photos and room descriptions accurately represent the room they are booking. I would therefore appreciate this being investigated and would like to request appropriate compensation for the significant difference between what was advertised and what was actually provided.
