    Erzurumda kala bileceğiniz en iyi otellerden biri. Geç saatte vardık ama güleryüzlü ve yardımsever personel karşılayınca tüm yorgunluğumuz gitti. Girişte çoçuklara verilen hediye için çok teşekkür ederim. Odalar konforlu ve çok temiz. Kahvaltı seçenekleri iyiydi. Havuz ve spa tarafında yenilenmeler yapılırsa çok iyi olur. Sıfırdan bir tadilat da yapıla bilir.

    The location is fantastic, offering stunning views and easy access to transport. Cleanliness was impressive throughout the property, ensuring a comfortable environment. The facilities were top-notch, especially the garden area, which provided a lovely space for relaxation. Breakfast options were delightful, catering well to all tastes. While the staff were generally helpful, there were moments where service could have been a bit more attentive.

    It is such a nice and cozy hotel. It is actually old but you feel very comfortable. The view and location are amazing The breakfast is acceptable. The cleanness is good Just the tap water was very weak in the washroom
