    The security to come in was rude to us and wouldn’t let us leave our luggage at the lobby. They madeus park far away in a different parking lot and we had to bring our luggage down horrible roads from far which broke two of our luggage wheels. The check-in reception area was hot and both of the receptionist were rude and made us wait 1-1/2 hours in the lobby before they would help us. No welcome drinks, just rude people. Then, our room wasn’t ready until 5:30pm. It says check-in is at 3:00. The drinks and food are 3 star. Mostly bottom shelf drinks. The food was sub par and made us both get sick and have stomach issues. This place has potential to be a 5 star resort, it just lacks the TLC of management and their workers. I have been to many all inclusive resorts all over the world and now have rated this one the worst of all my trips. Sorry Please get new management or better chefs/cooks.
