    An amazing hotel set within an even more amazing resort! Beautifully manicured grounds, a relaxing atmosphere, and a fantastic jogging experience with clearly marked routes through the golf course and lawns. The highlight? Jogging alongside the deer that freely roam the estate—truly magical! The food is fit for a king, with an excellent variety that captures the best of countryside living. And the staff are the perfect hosts—warm, pleasant, attentive and exceptionally respectful. A wonderful place to relax, reconnect with nature and enjoy outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended!

    Stayed as it was near a family wedding locally, the hotel was lovely and there was a big issue with the room booking. They said there was no notification from Agoda and my elderly mother was left sitting in the car and then lobby for hours while I tried to call Agoda at 10pm, got cut off, diverted, automated call answering, etc, it went on for hours and hours. She was exhausted, had no dinner and late on her meds, no offer of any ideas. I think the staff could have done more given the fact that we booked an accessible room for an elderly person. We paid for the room again just to get her settled and out of the lobby and then I spent hours with the staff the next day to try and sort this out. It took 2 days and they kept my credit card, even after Agoda spoke to them. Pretty appalling on the sole basis of my elderly mother not being considered. The accessible room isn't correctly configured, it has a bed too high up, shower gel/soap dispenser well above the head of anyone in a chair and this was not a correctly configured room, when I advised the staff, i was told it was recently refurbished so it was - we should know, we have a disabled mother - really really poor service at the reception. On a positive, breakfast was great.
