    Travel to Danang and stay at one hotel. Even though the location is more up to north side but the view still beautiful. The staff is very helpful.

    My stay at De Lamour Hotel was overall a very satisfying experience and easily one of the highlights of my trip. It’s a hotel I would confidently recommend, especially for travelers who value comfort, good service, and great local food. From the moment I arrived, the staff made a strong positive impression. They were consistently accommodating, polite, and attentive to our needs. Every interaction felt genuine and welcoming, which created a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere throughout the stay. Their willingness to assist and ensure guests are comfortable really stood out and added a personal touch to the experience. One of the absolute highlights of this hotel is the buffet breakfast. It featured a wide variety of Vietnamese dishes, and everything was flavorful and well-prepared. It felt like an authentic local culinary experience rather than a generic hotel breakfast. There was a good balance of options, and the quality of the food made it something to genuinely look forward to each morning—it was easily one of the best parts of staying here. The room itself exceeded expectations in terms of size and comfort. It was very spacious, allowing plenty of room to move around, organize belongings, and relax without feeling cramped. The layout was practical and comfortable, making it suitable even for longer stays. Cleanliness was also excellent—the room was well-maintained, fresh, and consistently tidy. It’s clear that the housekeeping team puts effort into keeping the rooms at a high standard, which contributed greatly to the overall comfort. However, the only downside during my stay was related to the room assignment. I had specifically booked a sea view room, as this was an important factor in my decision to choose this hotel. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I was not given a room with a sea view. This was quite disappointing, as it did not match what was booked and expected. While the rest of the experience was very good, this particular issue was a noticeable letdown. Overall, despite the issue with the sea view, my stay was still very enjoyable. The combination of excellent service, outstanding breakfast, spacious rooms, and high cleanliness standards makes this hotel a strong choice in Da Nang. With better attention to honoring room bookings and guest expectations, this would easily be a near-perfect stay.

    Very Disappointing Stay – Feels Like a 2-Star Hotel I stayed at De Lamour Hotel for 3 nights and the experience was very disappointing. The deluxe room was extremely small, and although the family room was bigger, it was not luxurious at all. The hotel definitely needs renovation, and even the door lock had no seal lock because it was already broken when we arrived. We only do room cleaning on the second day. During check-out, the staff claimed that a small towel was missing and asked me to pay 50,000 VND. I paid because I thought maybe my kids accidentally took it. But when I checked all our bags at the next hotel, there was no towel. So most likely housekeeping only provided 3 small towels instead of 4. They really need to improve their housekeeping and accuracy. On top of that, the staff were not friendly and did not make us feel welcomed at all. Overall, this hotel feels more like a 2-star hotel, definitely not worth the price. I do not recommend staying here. There are many other hotels in the same area facing the sea that offer much better service, cleanliness, and comfort.
