Since I made a last-minute booking, I had to move to the Pool Villa room for my second night. Honestly, I highly recommend this room type. If your budget allows, paying around 40% more is absolutely worth it for a much more peaceful and comfortable stay. The room was incredibly spacious, bright, and well-designed. The water pressure was strong, and the hot water worked perfectly, making for a much more enjoyable experience overall. There were still a few minor maintenance issues. The refrigerator was quite old—the door seal no longer closed tightly, and the freezer compartment was covered with built-up ice that hadn’t been cleaned. The air conditioner remote also had a very weak signal, so I had to stand directly underneath the unit for it to respond. In addition, the room was set up with plates but only one set of utensils, even though it was prepared for two guests. I was too tired to call room service for another set. Despite these small inconveniences, this room was a huge improvement over my previous one. It was quiet, comfortable, and made for a relaxing stay. Overall: 8/10. I’d definitely recommend choosing the Pool Villa if you’re considering this property.

I didn’t have high expectations since I made a last-minute booking, but unfortunately, the stay was still below standard. Although I was eligible for the VIP early check-in benefit, the hotel wasn’t able to accommodate it. That’s understandable—I was happy to wait. However, when I entered the room, I found hair and even a stapler on the floor. The bathroom trash bin had not been emptied, which made me question the room’s cleanliness despite checking in at the regular time. Throughout the evening, the electricity went on and off nearly 10 times. This was especially frustrating because I was relying on the hotel’s already weak Wi-Fi to work. At one point, the water supply stopped for about 30 minutes. Late at night there was no hot water for a shower. The slippers also appeared to have been reused, so I didn’t feel comfortable using them. On top of that, I could clearly hear the guest in the room above walking heavily, and the ceiling/floor creaked constantly. Overall, I was very disappointed with what I paid for. The only positive was that the bed was comfortable and spacious.
