    The room is small but comfortable woth 2 single beds. TV does not get channel reception but you can cannot to laptop, phone or tablets. Bathroom is nice. Overall ok for me.

    Sudah booking ,tiba-tiba masa checkin ,nama tak ada.Perlu call dulu sebelum checkin untuk memastikan ada bilik tersedia .

    The counter system did not show my booking, luckily the staff call the mgr to verify my booking. The room are all booked, the staff have to issue me an spare family room. It is big, spacious, clean...nothing to complain.

    I had a very disappointing experience at DD Hotel Shah Alam. Despite making a full payment through Agoda at the time of booking, upon arrival at the hotel, my reservation was nowhere to be found in their system. The hotel staff claimed that Agoda had collected the payment but failed to notify them of my booking. I was left stranded at the front desk for approximately one hour in the middle of the night. Only after I persistently requested them to verify with their headquarters did they finally sort out the issue. I wasn't able to check into my room until 2:30 AM, which was extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. This lack of coordination between Agoda and DD Hotel Shah Alam caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. A hotel should have proper systems in place to handle online bookings, and this level of disorganization is unacceptable. I would think twice before booking this hotel again, and I strongly advise both the hotel and Agoda to improve their communication to prevent such incidents from happening to other guests.
