Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast offering was great with hot foods, cold cereal, breads and beverages. The person stocking the food was not super friendly, but she was very efficient. The pool area is nice, but there are dark lines along the water lines in both the hot tub and the pool that looks like dirty area and is a little discouraging for using them. There is a nice front porch that oversees a beautiful yard and offers a view of the water. We do really enjoy this place and choose to stay here when we are in Petoskey.

This place seems very clean and all staff we encountered was very friendly. The breakfast offered several hot options as well as the standard cold/bread items. We look forward to future stays here.

Stayed here to be close to the ski resorts. The hotel was a great value compared to the resort and the whole family enjoyed their stay.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. They have a freight elevator to move luggage to 2nd floor which was slow but worked great. Sadly the pool was closed but it was because they were doing necessary work so understandable. Our room was very clean but needed updating with some carpet tearing up and some plug outlets loose. Again, we could see they are working on updating. The breakfast had a great offering of hot foods, cold cereals, some cold foods and beverages. I recommend this place.
