There were 5 of us including a teenager and child. Only stayed 1 night (wishing I had the time to have stayed longer).
Everyone was kind and friendly.
Rooms were spacious. Beds were queen size and we were asked right away (even though our check in was almost at midnight) if we wanted a cot. Was so appreciated. Waffles were 4 smaller instead of a great big one. Perfect for the child who eats very little.

The main reason for the low rating is the room is not child friendly, exposed plugs, cords and wires. The staff was unable to show us how to stop up the drain in order to give my 2 toddlers a bath ( there was no stopper as the drain cover had holes in it). There was also very little counter/ shelf space, no closet just 3 hooks on the wall with hangers.. if your a single traveler then the room would be fine. The breakfast staff was friendly and kind, but the breakfast offering was minimal compared to other similar hotels. The parking (granted it was the weekend) was terrible as there were just not enough spaces, but note we did get back to the hotel after 10pm each night. Location was convenient so that was a plus.
