    We enjoyed our stay here both times. While driving from Colorado to California, this is a very convenient place to stay off of Highway 50. The rooms are very quiet and clean. The breakfast is at best, but that seems to be how it is all over now. The Mexican restaurant across the street is very convenient and has great food.

    Weeks prior to arrival I tried to contact the hotel directly to request an ADA room. Ground level was most important. I was put off each time I called. I have knee problems and stairs are very difficult for me. On arrival I was told a second floor room was all they had; they did NOT have ADA rooms. It was difficult to get my suitcase up to the room. I had to request housekeeping every day and they still screwed that up.

    "Bobby" on reception was blunt, not welcoming and unfriendly to the point rudeness. We have travelled extensively in the USA and hotel staff are always efficient, friendly and professional. The lack in this case, unfortunately, made our checkin all the more shocking.
