    Pick this if you want to be in the center of it all. Beautiful views of caldera, good breakfast and helpful staff. I would only suggest not to bring heavy bags as there is lots of steps up and down to reach the hotel. I would definitely suggest the catamaran tour, it’s worth every penny.

    Great accomodation, close to the main area in Fira, but yet quiet. The staff is very communicative and responsive. They use Whatsapp and you can submit your request which is swiftly fulfilled. The view is absolutey stunning, the room was very clean, with daily housekeeping if you require. The breakfast is a la carte and ordered the day before until 21:00. I highly recommend it!

    Let me start by saying that I've stayed at this property previously and also booked clients there. It's been a few years since I stayed at Day Dream myself and there have been both positive and negative changes since my last visit. 1. The service has improved tremendously! The initial slate of employees were rude and unwelcoming, as reflected in other reviews, but the individuals working there now are far more professional and pleasant. 2. The internet still doesn't work. When asked, the reply is that it is 'affected by the wind', which could be the case, but it seems that this is something that could have been fixed over the years. 3. Breakfast has declined in quality. The quantity is phenomenal, too much at times, but I would gladly give up the quantity for improved quality (the omelets especially need work). 4. Either I or my clients have stayed in four of the rooms and, for some reason, the water temperatures in the jacuzzis/indoor pools are always tepid at best (and outright cold in some instances). When asked, the response is usually that it's as high as it will go, but the temperature was adjusted for us on this trip, which lets me know that I should have been more insistent previously. 5. There was a problem with my air conditioner for the first two nights of my stay- it drained water, to the point of flooding a portion of the room . I understand that things like this happen but it could have been handled better. Initially I was told to run it for 20 minutes at a time and then turn it off- all night long! and, in Greek heat!. When I didn't agree to that option, I asked for a different room. They offered me a tiny room for two nights while they fixed it, which I refused, which meant that the problem persisted...into day three. There was no offer to upgrade us or compensate us in any other way for the inconvenience, which was surprising. I have one additional client booked into Day Dream in October, which I would cancel at this point if I could. Nonetheless, it is well located and has several positive attributes. I simply know that I will not return after this stay.

    We had a wonderful experience at Day Dream Luxury Suites! From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The suite itself was beautiful, luxurious, and immaculately clean. The amenities exceeded our expectations, and the location was ideal for exploring Santorini. We highly recommend Day Dream Luxury Suites to anyone visiting the island. The combination of stunning accommodations and outstanding service made our stay truly special. We can't wait to return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
