    The front staff, her attitude was beyond rude. Her English was pretty good and must be the best one at the hotel, but every time we asked things she rolled her eyes and her face expression showed how much she was unhappy to help us. The room wifi wasn’t working, so we asked her to check and fix for then she rolled her eyes again, big sigh. I ended up having big arguments with her response and attitude, then she asked me “what do you want?!” We traveled many countries, I’ve never seen this kind of rudeness anywhere towards the guest. this girl was the worst! She didn’t apologise at all. The room was clean, but no drinking water bottles as free service (even in Mahdia b&b gave us some), no kettle, fridge wasn’t working, cold shower and ridiculously expensive. Cafe and the head of reception, she was nice and apologised about the girl’s rudeness, I was expected to get apologised by the manager but nothing at all. This hotel needs more fundamental service education if you want to be 4 stars or more.
