    I booked a Tree house with Jacuzzi room type for myself, my mother & my aunt (3Adults) but Agoda did not allow for 3 people capacity which is annoying. The actual room could accommodate up to 4 people. Because of this, I need to pay for the third person at the hotel upon check in. We also booked for 2 sets of fresh food and flowers to make merits the next morning with the monk which is supposed to come with a boat via the canal. We came at the hotel pier 15minutes earlier and saw the monk walk through the property and got on the boat right in front of us to do the ceremony. We were confused with the situation and no explanation given from any of the staffs. Upon check out, I asked the receptionist about the situation why the monk walk over rather than came with the boat per advertisement. The receptionist explained that the boat was broken and due for repair. In the mean time, the hotel pick up the monk to the hotel with a buggy every morning which is understandable. My point is, the staffs should informed the guest about the situation. Because it looks real dodgy and make the guests feel deceptive that the ceremony is only make for good photo s. Overall, staffs were friendly. Food was good even though morning breakfast is a bit cold and not warm enough for hotplate. Jacuzzi could be maintain better as some head rest are gone already. Also the staffs should explain on site how it is operate.
