We had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The location is very convenient, with only about a 10-minute drive to Dubai Mall, making it a great base for exploring the city. The rooms and changing areas were clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. One small downside was the shower design in the bathroom it didn’t have a proper closing door, so water tended to spill out and create a mess. This hotel is especially great for families with kids. There are multiple pools catering to different age groups, with temperature control, which made it very comfortable. Our kids absolutely loved both the pools and the kids’ club, which kept them entertained throughout the stay. There was some construction work going on during our visit, but fortunately, it didn’t disturb us possibly because our room was facing the opposite side. One area for improvement would be the front desk service. One of the reception staff members (a lady whose name started with R and ended with A) came across as a bit rude, which slightly affected our first impression. Aside from that, everything else was smooth, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would consider coming back, especially for the family-friendly facilities.

One of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in. Location is very good considering the services around, which normally takes you 5 minutes maximum driving. I’d recommend it for families, and kids. Perfect for it’s price!

I didn't expect to be treated this way by Agoda. The bathroom water in the room was very cold, and I contacted them multiple times. The bedsheet smelled unclean, and I contacted them repeatedly, but they were slow to respond. In the end, I preferred the bedsheet, and I slept in the cold room.
