Daegu Seongseo JB Premium Hotel

Massage chair and styler are great additions for bikers. We are able to push 2 foldies into the room and there is still plenty of space to move around. Good food and connivence store within walking distance.

Despite the attendant wanting us to put our bikes in the parking area, the parking doors were never closed so we carried them to our room up the stairs. The room was nice and clean and modern. When we arrived, the shower was wet which was weird. The comforter had a couple small tares. There were lots of ad cards for women left near the front door. Breakfast was disappointing: cereal, toast, or instant noodles Overall it was pretty good.

I booked the standard room which was a good size and had everything that was needed. Cleanliness and breakfast options was good however, it is a little far out of the centre as it’s based in Dalseo so it took me a while to get to downtown Daegu which was a little inconvenient. Also, the one thing that I didn’t like was being told I had to pay 20,000krw for storing my suitcase in the hotel room for 3 nights. That should be come with the room and I’ve never had that happen to me anywhere that I’ve booked. I had small size suitcase and a few small bags with me. The desk staff said it was because I booked a standard room. Apart from that, the room itself was fine. If I knew I had to pay extra just to leave my suitcase etc, I wouldn’t book it again.
