    D-One is walking distance to the train station, Kim Yong market, Lee Garden and everywhere, even Central Hay Yai. In fact, we prefer to walk as we can see more of Hat Yai this way.

    Totally recommend if you're staying one night. Sri Maju bus is right across the street and it's about a 8 min walk from the train station. The hotel was fantastic. Allowed early check in. 200bht deposit or leave passport as security for the room. This is not a scam. However, this city feels like Malaysia and doesn't feel or look like Thailand. It's also very dirty and basically has Chinese and Malay food. It's a party area with men in drag walking around trying to get you to book private parties. This city is an odd mix of things. The massage place across the street was fantastic and would recommend. Private beds upstairs for full massage or downstairs for foot massage. I would stay again if I came through again
