This is the cleanest and most comfortable stay through our trip in Thailand.
Brand new apartment, airy and spacious room, little kitchenette with a microwave and a kettle. Fluffy soft white towels which are changed daily and I’m very happy with the comfy bed mattress.
Our room got cleaned and made spotless everyday during our 3 nights stay, thanks to the lovely cleaning ladies!
The lady owner/ receptionist is super kind that I messed up the hotel booking, she was understanding and offered flexibility which was greatly appreciated.
location wise, I actually love it. A short walk to old town and it’s close to a local fresh food market, some great second hand clothes shops nearby too.
Overall couldn’t be happier with our stay! 100% recommend!

The owner and the staffs have been really kind and trying to help me in many ways they can. Price is reasonable considering its condition
Also they do laundry service for 5 baht per each which is pretty good for me and they offer 2 bottles of free water every day moreover you can get your room cleaned everyday if you want
I recommend this accommodation to those who are looking for long-term staying or prefer staying at somewhere with quiet neighbourhood

The accomodation is brand new and very cozy! Very friendly hosts that went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Very comfortable bed and a good shower. It's a good location just back from the main road so it's not noisy at all. Location is only about a 5 minute motorbike ride from the old city and many Chiang Mai attractions. I highly recommend a stay here!

Just a month old, this hotel feels fresh and modern. I loved the spacious room and the inclusion of a basic pantry. It’s a great spot for those who value peace and quiet over the hustle and bustle of the city center. Just a heads-up: it’s a little removed from the nearest late-night restaurants and stores, so it’s best to grab what you need before heading back for the evening.
