Disappointed by some roaches, spider webs and room looked like it wasn’t cleaned with some tree leave even on blankets and floor. No air conditioner and it was so cold. Kitchen is separated from room, u need to go outside to access it. Stained headboard.But shower is beautiful

Amenities listed are not available at this property. Arrived to a broken lock on the kitchen door held closed with a rock from a burglary a few weeks before. No kettle, no microwave, not even a decent pot to boil water in without sediment. No airconditioning. No WIFI. No television. We were not given the option of a camp cot for our 4month old child. But the best of all, no hot water! We ourselves discovered this, not management, the geyser was faulty. They couldn't even make an alternate arrangement for us to get cleaned up after travelling all day. Loud music blaring into the early morning hours. After contacting management we reached out to the owner, who agreed to refund us due to so many issues with our stay, only to be strung along and then ignored. This place looks beautiful on the photos, but do not be deceived.

The location is fantastic, providing easy access to nearby attradtions, while the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The amenities are solid, with ample hot water and spacious rooms enhancing comfort. However, the pool area could use some improvement, and cleanliness was slightly below expectations, but overall, it offers great value for money and a pleasant experience.
