    We were a last minute booking and the remote reception service got us into our room effortlessly. The motel is set far enough from the highway to dull any noise. We discovered a sizeable room in an old style motel where everything worked and we had a comfortable night. With an addition of a box of tissues, a couple of biscuits a toaster and some cutlery, this motel could easily live up to its potential.

    I didn’t. Enjoyed the stay there much .that was very old motel and rooms were not up to my expectations.morning cleaning staff did not represent themselves politely as the ladies said that I have only 10 minutes to leave when I requested to give me another 15-20 minutes.

    Complex dated and lacking any form of regular maintenace - Grafitti on (basic) shower rail, curtains gaping due to broken fittings, barely functioning lock mechanism that was difficult to secure, rangehood lights not working, as examples. Room designed to accommodate 3 person, yet only had 2 dinner plates and small plates, but 3 cups. Basic toiletries were supplied in the form of Conditioning Shampoo (1 per pax) however one of these containers was soiled. Rangehood filters greasy. Only 3 towels provided - No bathmat, face washers/flannels or tea towel. However, dishwasher liquid was provided. Most concerning however was the (refer photo) "package" behind the toilet, that should have been visible to any capable Housekeeping/Cleaners. As we were late arrivals, staff were helpful over the phone prior to our arrival, however as we departed 9:00am on a Sunday Morning, Reception was not yet open to discuss the above.
