The room I selected with picture was totally different from what I got.Room's Wall was broken the ventilation was not good and the staff behaviour was not welcoming.#Agoda Stop taking money all in advance Because Guests has to face the consequences

The room is spotless and has a balcony with a mountain view—perfect! Plus, it’s in a great location, and the staff were so nice.

1. All pictures (cleanliness, colours, lighting) are decptive
2. People sitting smoking pot, ciggerets all over the common area (which is their main pic)
3. No water
4. AC water outletsa re in bathroom, over the doors, dustbins are filthy dirty, unwashed
5. curtains were not washed since ages
6. Staff (Rishu) is illmannered, when i told him that people are smoking and practicing different kind of smokes, he clearly told me if ou want you can leave.
7. When i politely request him that in that case please refundmy money, he said "muhe kyu puch rahey ho"
8. Imagine forst time from agoda, first time outing with my child, first time rishikesh visit- This helpless feeling, i was afraid.
9. There is not cold water, no bottles, you have to fill it from RO (hot water) and keep it in a common fridge they have in kitchen.
10. Agoda must remove this place from their portal; if theya re actually worried about their goodwill/image in market.
