    The location is secluded and very much filled with lush green! The backwaters and the view was major take away! Hospitality is good and service is top notch as well. I would recommend to not depend on the restaurant in-house rather explore outside. The swimming pool was under maintenance for 3 day's so better to check with the staff before booking if pool is of major interest.

    This property is far from all the main attraction of coorg, location is nice but kind of in the outskirts, rooms are very nice and property is very good but a little understaffed and inexperienced but still helpful and polite, if you are looking for calm and peaceful stay then absolutely go for this place with scenic backdrop of backwaters and greenery, food was good but restaurant is understaffed and not well trained, stay was good but pool was not open and looked like it needed maintenance,overall an okay place.
