Beautiful property, but be very careful with the fine print and how they handle problems. We had a flight schedule issue that forced us to leave a day earlier than booked (the only Praslin–Mahé flight on our departure morning was fully booked). We called reception in advance to explain, and were told the team would check with the manager about shortening the booking and refunding the unused night, and that we should coordinate through the booking platform (Agoda) to formalize it. We did exactly that. Days later, we received a reply citing the non-refundable rate and denying any exception — with no acknowledgment that their own staff had told us this would be handled. On top of that, we were charged in full for a spa massage cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, under a 12-hour cancellation policy that wasn't made clear at time of booking. Individually these are just policies. Together, it felt like a hotel that's happy to make verbal promises to keep a guest calm in the moment, then walks them back the moment it's inconvenient. If you stay here, get everything in writing and read every cancellation clause carefully — they will hold you to it, even when their own staff tells you otherwise.

Why would you want to go here if you can get same thing(except the big rocks) in the Philippines, Boracay for the fraction of the cost you will spend here. , its a nice place but you will get the same or better experience in the Philippines for just 10% of the cost of Seychelles. Everything from food, hotel, transportation is double or triple for tourists. They make things artificially expensive even on an international level. Hotel itself is ok but its nothing that you would not get in any other decent beach location. Phuket, Da Nang, Boracay, Bohol , you will get the same or better for just a fraction of the cost you spend in this hotel.
