From my personal experience: Positive- clean facilities and clean room. Negatives- This hotel is not within walking distance to Historic downtown St. Augustine; you will need to drive into the downtown and pay for parking each time you choose to go to the downtown area. The parking garages will charge you each time you decide to leave and come back. The rooms were extremely dark and staff failed to share how to make the lights work. The only light that did work was an LED strip of light on the back of the bed that never went off (even at night). I searched everywhere and could not find a switch to turn it off. As a result, I barely slept. The shower did not have warm water. The breakfast ends exactly at 9:30am sharp, so by the time I was heading down at 9:40am from a horrible night’s sleep, the breakfast was already closed. From my personal experience, the only positive was the rooms and facilities were clean. I will not be returning to this hotel. If you are planning to spend most of your time in the downtown Historic area, then I would not recommend it.

Clean, modern hotel with friendly staff. Simo in particular was very helpful. There were school groups staying which meant breakfast was busy, but there was a security guard posted on each floor to ensure we all enjoyed a peaceful night. For the money, a good value choice and would stay again.
