This hotel lived up to all expectations and more. Rooms were stunning and cleanliness couldn’t be faulted. Beds were very comfortable. Air con perfect. Swimming pool and hot tub were a great addition and staff were great!

It’s a place to lay your head. We booked for the pool and hot tub which I learned right after booking (non refundable) was “under maintenance.” It’s clearly been “under maintenance” for a very long time. So there was false advertising. When I called to ask for refund (there are exceptions to non-refundable rule), he told me the process to follow to go through the 3rd party I booked it through and apparently my request went back to him and he denied my refund. Room was kind of clean but there was a computer chair in there that had stains (of questionable origin) ground into the fabric seat. Room smelled musty. No bed bugs seen in our room. Had a microwave and fridge. Fridge was cold. Would I book there again? No.

After reading other reviews it appears The pool and hot tub have been closed for months if not years yet still advertised as an amenity. They did offer the option to use the pool at another location which was a 40 minute round trip away. Also the bed was hard as a rock. It felt like a 2 inch mattress topper on top of plywood.
