    This is such a clean, brand new, spacious suites hotel that I thought at first it might be perfect and equal to Holiday Inn Express if not better (than the local one). However for a chain that promotes breakfast, it was sadly lacking when I arrived just before it was over on two of my four days stay, when there was no meat, yogurt or orange juice left. It reminded me that this NEVER happens at HIE, where they apparently take breakfast more seriously. Otherwise, my request for a quiet room was foiled by a room with connecting door which wasn't soundproof. Other than that, it was perfect.

    Very nice people in general, but not upto date The front desk host named John is beyond any hospitality. Probably dealing with his own mental health issues and takes it out on his guests which includes my self and several other guests in the hotel. The hotel is at full occupancy given the exhibitions taking place around the area. Over 10 rooms occupied by people of the same industry and we know each other We all even contemplate if this individual is a racisit. Given that we are all of Asian decent it was mutually felt and discussed among us that he is clearly profiling us. Regardless of others opinion I had first hand experience where this individual named John was in the front office spoke very rudely to me. He is clearly not fit to host guests in any star class hotel. I was even threatened by him when I was talking to him very calmly. I still maintained my cool as I am in Tucson for work and had no time to move from this hotel. If time was disposable to me I would have checked out the very next day I checked in as I felt so uncomfortable by the way John spoke or interacted with me or any of my friends or colleagues that were in the hotel I don’t mean to disregard all the other amazing people working in the hotel that made us feel comfortable. It was mutually understood amongst all of us that John is clearly profiting us, his guests and taking out his own personal issues on guests with threat that he will kick us out of the hotel if we don’t abide by his rules This is one of the very few reviews that I hv made not the only review because I felt constantly insulted and devalued by John every more on the 9 days I spent in the hotel John needs to go under review. Pls not my travel history. It’s not my first rodeo! I hv never felt as insulted and disrespected by Ang person like this. If I was not on business with a rig HT schedule I would hv definitely checked out of this hotel the first day
