No spa
The 1st sf front desk person is very disrespectful rude and just right down unabelable housekeeping wouldn't stop knocking on my only day I got to sleep in and they knew that my service dog jump caz of it and my phone went flying off the charger n breakin im already goin thur enough I told him and he told me oh it's ok go take a nap it costed me about 200 and he wouldn't give me a break on the next day and that was thanksgiving n then he was tracking me down in my car w my dog n autistic kid telling me I better ck out that he will charge me 20 more I was out the room at 1050 n was in my car the rest of the time and I told the company and they don't care caz we are still in my car coldok thanksgiving I can't believe companies no less hotels treat ppl like this and oh u see that bug went to take my dog out about 5am n that's what was by my door nope I called them n told them to come kill it

First room 136 tub and bed duty moved next door to the next room 134 one bed had hair and crumbs in it certain was torn would not stay again not at this location
