It's an older facility and shows the wear of time, but it's quite clean, staff very friendly and conveniently located. The only criticism is that even though it costs the facility a bit please serve "real" fried eggs rather than rubbery kind pretending to be a fried egg.

We came to Cookeville to spend a few days with our daughter at Tech... The only thing that I wasn't impressed with was the indoor pool... It was freezing... But other than that..they stay was great! Comfy beds... Free breakfast was amazing and the staff was super friendly! Definitely will be staying there again!
