    ​I chose Hotel Indraprasth solely for its convenient location, but that turned out to be a massive mistake. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. ​The Experience: We arrived expecting basic amenities but were met with a complete lack of facilities. There was virtually no staff available to assist us, and the service was non-existent. However, the most distressing part was the lack of cleanliness. The state of the room was appalling and, frankly, terrifying. We felt so uncomfortable and unsafe regarding the hygiene standards that we couldn't even stay the night. ​Key Issues: ​Zero Cleanliness: The rooms and common areas were poorly maintained and felt unsanitary. ​No Staff/Facilities: There was nobody to address our concerns, and the promised amenities were missing. ​Value for Money: Absolute zero. Even for a "convenient" location, the price paid is a total waste when the environment is uninhabitable. ​Outcome: We were so horrified by the conditions that we checked out within 2 hours of arriving. We would rather lose the money spent than spend a single night in such a place. ​Verdict: Do not be fooled by the location. Save your money and your peace of mind—stay anywhere else but here. This hotel is a health and safety nightmare.
