Property have not provided basic facilities like toilet papers, shampoo, shower gel, during booking it was told breakfast included but it was not there. Beds are pathetic, its springs can be felt and discomfort to sleep 7 to 8 hours.

I have to give it 1 star for this incident breaching privacy and security. One evening I return to my room to see a black surgical mask on the floor. I know it isn't mine as I didn't carry any mask with me. It wasn't present when I had left. I didn't give my keys to any staff for cleaning either. So clearly, someone accessed my room without my permission when I was out. I confronted the receptionist about this, they denied it stating they don't have any alternate key for my room or a master key. I asked for the CCTV footage and they had me talk to the hotel owner on phone for this. He said he'll come the next evening and provide it but he never come. I asked the receptionist and he told the owner will come at night, he didn't come. I asked the next morning when I was going to checkout, he said he will come in the afternoon, he didn't come. I was there till 12.30pm. This delaying can be considered intention till I checkout, someone did actually enter the room, and they found that on the footage. Rooms are pretty good and clean. The taps at the kitchen sink needs improvement, water spills over the counter when you wash your hands. Classic room has a spring mattress and is uncomfortable. Get the deluxe for foam mattress. The doors don't have any additional latches for you to lock from inside. Be careful.
