    We visited the property around 10 Am in morning . It was clearly mentioned they will provide complimentary early check in and when we arrived they denied and ask me to wait till 12 we waited 2hrs after that their receptionist told me to pay extra 200 rs then only they will allow my check in . I called customer care and call went for atleast 30 mins to resolve the issue. The staff behaviour is soo bad that i will never recommend anyone for the stay

    Very bad staff.Denied stay bcoz agoda showed rs 700 payment. I paid as per website quatation but hotel staff denied the booking and said that the booking amount is less and pay extra directly to hotel staff .
