    The hotel feels like it's from a long time ago because of the nice people who work there.

    I booked the hotel room specifically with breakfast included and paid the full amount for the room and breakfast service at the time of booking. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the staff informed me that the hotel does not have a kitchen and therefore they cannot provide breakfast. This is very disappointing because breakfast was clearly included in my booking. I request you to please provide an appropriate solution, such as arranging breakfast at a nearby restaurant or refunding the amount charged for the breakfast service. Please look into this matter and resolve it at the earliest.
